Nutrition- Breakfast/Lunch information
The Cleveland Metropolitan School District participates in the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) meal plan. This permits eligible schools and districts to provide breakfast and lunch meals to all students at no charge, regardless of economic status.

BREAKFAST/LUNCH
All students are eligible to receive a school breakfast. Breakfast takes place in the cafe from 7:00am-7:35am. If a student is tardy, they have the opportunity to go to the cafe and pick up a 'second chance' breakfast to take with them to class.
All students are eligible to receive a school lunch. Parents may also provide lunch from home. If providing a lunch, please mark all lunch bags and boxes with your child’s name. In addition, please provide a healthy lunch.
Please note that all students are expected to remain seated and quiet at their assigned tables at all times. Students cannot bring backpacks or devices to lunch.
All students will receive a 20 minute lunch and a 20 minute recess

KDG & 2nd grade lunch- 10:05-10:25
KDG & 2nd grade recess- 10:25-10:45
PreK & 1st grade recess- 10:05-10:25
PreK & 1st grade lunch- 10:25-10:45
3rd & 4th grade lunch-10:55-11:15
3rd & 4th grade recess- 11:15-11:35
5th & 6th grade recess- 10:55-11:15
5th & 6th grade lunch- 11:15-11:35
